Modernized parable

I was orgazining spices and realized I had not labled one that looked like parsley, but could I be sure?

Instantly, I thought of the parable of the wheat and the tares and how at one point they were almost undescernable so they would be allowed to grow together until maturity. I thought of a brilliant realization regarding spouses that I had not had and it was no doubt lucky.

Speaking of luck, I decided to make lasagna which called for parsley, so I sprinkled the dried crumbs on it. Then it dawned on me that if the parable had been taught today it might likely be the parable of the parsley and thyme. Now, I mention that I was lucky, the unmarked herb was infact parsley, or things might have tasted a bit odd with too much thyme (at least it was not on my hands)... Hah hah. But, I thought of Elder Holand's story of taking the wrong path with his son. It was so that they could be SURE of the correct path. The herbs are nearly indistinguishable, to me before baking, but I would have known it was not correct after baking with it.

He's not you

List of desirable traits he could be possessing. He might be all of this, but he's not you.

The idea is that I am not in love with the parts, I am in love with a being that is you.

He could have every trait you possess, and refine the way I want, but still the fact remains: He is not you.

Movie Idea - brief not fleshed out yet.

In the future a safe enough distance away in time, a cataclysmic event wipes out most of the earth's inhabitants, minus a few who were in a cryogenic sleep. They become those who are called forefathers. Mankind shows his resilience through not only survivng what would have killed them all, but they flourish in a new world. Part of them that is religious tries to explain things in a spiritual way, but science finds they are atom and thus debunks, unfortunately, all of that subculture's beliefs. But, one particularly brilliant scientist realizes that his brilliance comes from a knowledge connection to something outside of himself and he leads the world in scientific discovery finally admitting inspiration in his seeming coincidence. So, our culture, dividedby catastrophe ends up precisely where it was somehow reinventing the same things, which suggests (after a piece of our past is discovered) that there is a greater force molding our culture. Now, the ultimate discovery was pieces of the internet in the form of YouTube vlogs. They, the videos, are discovered and later revered and mass produced so that every man has access to his past. Because of how scientifically things were proven to be correct and the same, the recovered videos become not only seen by all, but heralded as prophetic. The videos become a type of link to the past which when carefully studied reveals patterns for our future.  New culture of people named oracles arises. They are most familiar with the phophecies and interpret the meanings for others. Studying the past makes us future savvy so the videos are seen as supernatural and curious.

I won't fall

But, it's so hard to think cause you know how I do it and you know what and where to interject to gain the true advantage.

Time and again,
You press your unfair advantage
And time after time
I falter
I promise you this time
I won't fall

What starts out as lovely like a burning bushel of apples one can spoil the bunch and I mistake your notions for my own until things rot and decay.

Time and again,
You press your unfair advantage
And time after time
I falter
I promise you this time
I won't fall

Looking around one can't help but see you've got a beautiful place and it has got to be nice no more living at home but home wasn't so bad but it sure cannot be a heaven without you.

Time and again,
You press your unfair advantage
And time after time
I falter
I promise you this time
I won't fall

So exactly how many thoughts are actually mine? When I make something up can I trust my resolve? It is hard to tell where you are and when I start and end.

Time and again,
You press your unfair advantage
And time after time
I falter
I promise you this time
I won't fall...No, I won't fall

It must be fiction

I was imagining the most powerful I could imagine (like a super hero) far more devious than big brother, but focused on something so seemingly inconsequential that no one noticed. My husband is a carefully orchestrated bookmark. I am thinking of that guy in the movie Contact, I have to look it up. Brb

Hadden.

Impromptu

I feel like I need to express something, so, here goes.

I'm not sure I am using it right,
But I always want to say it when I'm thinking of you.
Maybe there is not a word yet
Or way to even say the way I feel.

Let's call it love, love, love love, love.
I love you, love, love, love what you are...

Bed time.

Collide

I think I need to focus my creative energy on a song, cause I keep on singing a song by Howie Day only changing the lyrics. The idea on the verge of breaking out is the idea of Best and Right colliding, and the aftermath.
